Throughout the entire selling process Tannis communicated with us frequently which greatly reduced the amount of stress for us with the whole process. The amount of work we did on the house and the selling price that was chosen for the house turned out to be just about right. We relied on Tannis for good advice on both of these topics. Tannis helped us sell 2 house over a period of 2 years and throughout the entire time we found her to always be a dedicated, helpful, and competent professional who we could trust. With the last house we sold we were over 300 miles away for much of time and relied on Tannis completely to manage the work being done on the house, put the house on the market including open houses, and complete the sale of the house in a relatively quick timeline. She worked through the BS the buying agent brought to the table at every turn - no doubt shielding is from him and his delinquency in meeting time constraints.I’ve bought and sold many many proprieties. I make great demands in my real estate agents and Tannis meets my demands. She also assisted on several personal issues with getting things done for us once we moved out maiming things to me and never saying no to helping us through the stress of selling a home.

This is almost unheard of since most closings alone take 30 days and I had the proceeds in less then a month from her listing the property! Wow !
